I'm kath or katie. I'm new to livejournal and I'm just looking around for some friends and blogs to read.
I'm 17 years old and live in a small town in Canada. I'm short and loud and I love meeting new people.
I work in a drugstore on cash and I basically just hang out with friends for fun.
I currently love:
glee, gossip girl, the secret life of the american teenager, one tree hill, house, greys anatomy among others. As well as random other movies. I'm not sure I really know how to explain myself because I sometimes don't know who I am myself.
Anyways, I'm easy to get to know and i would love to talk to you so add if you please and I will do the same :)

So I'm currently doing my best to pretend like I don't see that the guy from a semi-dating site/semi-friend site that I've never spoken to before has just IM'd me, by finding new things to do,lol. (Gawd I am such a pre-teen when it comes to men. DX lmao)

But since I've been going through posts and adding a few people I figured what a better way to procrastinate than to type up a post myself... Okay, yeah I just spent the last 2 hours updating my profile, so you should check that out. Hi I'm thinking of making a deep dish pizza for the first time. I've got the crust down for the most part but the sauce and how to layer/how long to cook is semi out of my league. I'm not against buying the sauce if anyone knows a good one.

I just made a post in my journal about illustrated children's books that I read as a kid and still love. ♥ Took a while to scan everything (well, of course it's not every book I read as a kid), and then LJ was being messy, so it's has been laying in my computer for a while now.

I am planning on making a cake for my boyfriend's birthday and decorating it with fondant. It'll be my first time using fondant so I'm looking for some tips.

Should I make it myself or buy it from a store? What brand? What tools are really necessary? Stories? Advice?
